The challenges for companies in the COVID-19 context call more than ever the capacity to read the scenario, implement actions and pivot strategies quickly, but most of all put the people’s welfare in the first place. The moment requires an abrupt change to many people and companies – the need to have almost all of the operations working remotely and aiming at the following objectives:

Following the precautions of our clients, we identified recurring themes that ask for agility and risk ponderation.
