By hiring the service, the customer can opt by the 8×5 model or even 24×7, in three different forms of membership: Administration Security, Basis Administration or Security + Basis Administration. The category Administration Security includes administration/creation of users and business functions according to the rules defined for the SAP environment. As for the Basis Administration it encompasses the environment monitoring and maintenance through daily activities and system checks proactively.
Among the advantages provided by the Basis as a Service are: knowledge acquired and shared among the team, scalability of professionals, risk reduction and failures in the SAP environment, establishing a fixed monthly cost, besides eliminating costs with recruitment, training and retention of human resources.
