Next Bank, Bradesco brand focused on the MIllennial public, needed to understand the expectations from their target audience and build UX solutions to services and contact points. Innovations capable of connecting all the experience under the brand.

How we made it better

Creating experiences to the target audience. To make this happen, we structure an UX squad with multidisciplinary expertises inside the client.
