We improve the journey and the user experience on the BIA channel - Bradesco Artificial Intelligence.

Challenge

Bradesco needed a Benchmarking study (direct and indirect competition) and the BIA – Bradesco Artificial Intelligence - usability analysis looking to improve the user experience.

How we made it better

We act in the mapping, understanding and selection of usability requisitions and functionality to the channel. We work together in the BIA drawing journey, based on all the project learning. We provide advice where we give recommendations to the decision making process about coexistence and migration to different digital platforms.
